 BY SIGNING UP FOR THIS SERVICE, USERS AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

When you ("You or you") apply for acceptance as a service member and begin using the advertising services provided by HubMaxMedia, Inc. a California corporation, you are acknowledging that you have read this Terms agreement ("Agreement"). By using this service, you acknowledge that you understand the terms of this agreement and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions stated below.

 HubMaxMedia.com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any such changes by either email or by the posting of the changes at this web site. Your continued use of this web site or the services offered following notice of such changes indicates your acceptance of those changes and agreement to be bound them.

 Terms and Conditions
This site receives funding from advertising and related activities. Books, magazine subscriptions, medical products, and other products may be sold on a referral basis through Amazon and other partners, and these products may be advertised on our site. Certain products such as e-books may be our own products and either advertised and sold by us directly, or advertised and sold through partners such as Amazon. At times, we may also display advertising promotions such as banner ads on our site through our third-party advertising partners. Our portals may contain third party advertisements and links to third party Web sites.

Although some advertising appears on the site, our aim is to provide useful Loan or Health information with an editorial policy that is independent of advertising.

Refund Policy: When an advertiser signs with HubMaxMedia, Inc., most of the work performed by HubMaxMedia, Inc. is completed before the advertiser's ad is introduced to the portal.  Because of the nature of the work performed by HubMaxMedia, Inc., advertisers will not be eligible for refunds once the ads are launched on the HubMaxMedia, Inc. portals. There are no exceptions to this policy.

HubMaxMedia, Inc. will use its best efforts to satisfy any reasonable changes, modifications, or cancellations requested by advertiser at no extra cost.  However, once an advertising matter is agreed to and paid in full, HubMaxMedia, Inc. is not liable for any amounts paid by the advertiser even if advertiser decides to cancel the advertisement for any reason whatsoever.

HubMaxMedia, Inc. portals are hosted on independent servers that HubMaxMedia, Inc. does not operate or control.  While HMM, Inc. will use its best efforts to monitor the operation of these servers and attempt to select high quality server providers, HMM, Inc. offers no guarantees or warranties written or implied for these servers.

In order to remain a neutral source to allow visitors to obtain information on various subjects, HubMaxMedia, Inc. will not accept any advertising containing or links to sites that contain adult material or religious content.
HubMaxMedia, Inc. checks the links on HubMaxMedia, Inc. portals when those links are initially introduced to ensure those links connect with the claimed sites.  However, those links may be changed or deactivated at a later time by the sponsor or owner of those links. HubMaxMedia, Inc. will use its best efforts to ensure the links that appear on a HubMaxMedia, Inc. portal remain active and accurate, but HubMaxMedia, Inc. does not sponsor or own these links so cannot guarantee or offer any warranty written or implied as to those links.

15.  Miscellaneous Contract Provisions

  This agreement contains all of the terms of this agreement.  Any terms or conditions that have been written or discussed orally between the parties have no effect and are not part of this agreement unless those terms and conditions have been included in this agreement.

  This agreement can only be amended in writing signed by both parties.

  Both parties state that they have read all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and certify that they understand and agree to abide by those same terms and conditions.  Both parties have had the opportunity to retain private legal counsel to review this document.

  This Agreement will not become effective until both parties have signed this Agreement and HMM receives the signed, original Agreement.

  In case one or more of the provisions of this Agreement are found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will be considered valid and enforceable.

  Except as otherwise provided by this Agreement, any dispute between the parties arising from this Agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The arbitrator will be selected by mutual consent of the two parties if possible.  Otherwise, the parties will submit names of arbitrators to a neutral third party who will select an arbitrator from the names submitted.

  The arbitration will take place in San Diego, California.  This Agreement will be interpreted using the laws of the State of California. The costs of this arbitration are to be shared equally between the parties at the time of the arbitration. The prevailing party will have the right to collect their share of the costs of arbitration as well as other costs and attorney's fees, if any. Nothing in this Agreement will prevent either party for seeking injunctive relief for a default or a breach arising from this Agreement.
